Evidence Provenance Age: 4.2h

Evidence artifact relies on legacy EU regulatory baseline v1.1. Model inference has extrapolated to APAC dialects without verified benchmark corpora.

Agent Capabilities & Limits

Strength: Rapid semantic guardrail synthesis across 14 languages.
Limitation: Hallucinates compliance benchmarks when token context is > 3 hours stale.

Coupled Fleet Tensions

Localization vs. Outdated Policy: Locale agents are drafting 6 language models at 92% speed, but referencing deprecated Privacy Clause 4b.

Trust Overconfidence: Trust agent reports 94% safety sign-off based on only 18% observed test vectors.

Duplicated Research: Prod-Spec and Eng-Spec agents are independently analyzing latency budgets, while A11y task sits unassigned.

Executing interventions recalculates projected launch probability, budget burn, and risk exposure in real time.

Inject non-linear operational hazards to evaluate fleet resiliency and downstream cascade failures.

Provider ApexAI Outage

Simulates complete API timeout on Provider ApexAI. Severely halts Engineering and Trust nodes.

Downstream: 3 blocked nodes Delay: +2.5h

Context Poisoning

Injects corrupted benchmark metrics into Shared Evidence Store; reduces all research freshness to 15%.

Risk: +30pts Recovery Cost: $400

Compute Budget Squeeze

Simulates corporate spending cap cut by $2,500. Forces fallback to lower-parameter models.

Budget Cap: -$2,500 Throughput: -25%

Human Gate Delay

Gate Alpha legal reviewer goes offline for 4 hours due to emergency executive briefings.

Crit-Path: +4.0h Risk: +12pts

Active Critical Path Analysis

Continuous Monte-Carlo Sequence Identification

Supporting Evidence

Task "Compliance Baseline v2" sits on the critical dependency chain leading directly to Gate Alpha and Release Queue. Slack is currently 0.0 hours.

Key Invalidation Uncertainty

If Gate Alpha is bypassed, the critical bottleneck shifts instantaneously to the Localization Validation suite.
